  • The collaboration focuses on staff training and health tourism, along with leveraging peace for better health outcomes

PureHealth, the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) largest integrated healthcare platform, has forged a strategic partnership with Sheba Medical Center, an innovative and comprehensive hospital in central Israel. This innovative alliance intends to transform the healthcare industry by combining clinical research studies, incorporating cutting-edge technology, expanding genetic research programs and staff training initiatives, along with boosting health tourism in both nations.

Yoel Har-Even, the Director of Sheba’s International Division and Resource Development, claims that despite the relationship that had been in place for a month prior to the official announcement, it was just recently made public.

Sheba and PureHealth representatives signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at an official ceremony that was attended by Mohamed Al Khaja, the United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Israel. The advancement of clinical research together with the dissemination of scientific results is two of the collaboration’s primary goals. The collaboration would also prioritise cooperative studies in clinical trials and healthcare innovation that tends to ultimately drive the field forward. Additionally, the partnership has the tendency to place a focus on educational initiatives as well as training programs. This will foster the expansion and development of healthcare professionals in both countries.

During the signing ceremony, Rashid Al Qubaisi, Chief Corporate Officer at PureHealth, expressed satisfaction in collaborating with partners who align with its vision to advance the healthcare sector and make a positive impact on people’s health span. Additionally, there is a commitment to the progress of the science of longevity.

Ambassador Al Khaja expressed his delight in this historic cooperation. He emphasised the necessity of the UAE and Israel collaborating with other key players in the health business to combine their unique capabilities. The shared goal is to promote the health and well-being of inhabitants in both countries. The Ambassador stressed the need to capitalise on the actual benefits of harmony, with a focus on boosting people’s living standards and overall health.

The signing of the MOU between PureHealth and Sheba Medical Center represents a one-of-a-kind opportunity for both parties to utilise the strengths, benefiting patients, medical professionals, and the healthcare sector as a whole, as well as laying the groundwork for new developments.
