Bespin Global and e& Enterprise, now operating jointly under the name “Bespin Global MEA – an e& enterprise company,” are set to provide comprehensive cloud services to customers in the METAP region, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa. The joint venture, with ownership stakes of 35% by Bespin Global and 65% by e& Enterprise, encompasses all current public cloud operations and associated services from both entities. Leveraging the strengths of each business, e& Enterprise brings significant local market presence and a range of digital transformation solutions, while Bespin Global contributes extensive expertise in billing, optimization, cloud migration, operations, and cloud-native app development. The merged company aims to be a one-stop cloud solution provider, facilitating businesses in their digital transformation journey.

This new venture positions the company to deliver cloud services not only in the Middle East but also across the broader METAP region, including Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan, according to Hanjoo Lee, CEO of Bespin Global. Since its launch in Dubai in 2019, Bespin Global MEA expanded its footprint with a headquarters in AbuDhabi, featuring the region’s first cloud operations center and training facility. The joint venture, led by Mouteih Chaghil, CEO of Bespin Global MEA, will operate from the existing headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

The Middle East is witnessing rapid growth in the digital transformation industry, driven by diversification in industrial structures. The META region, comprising the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, is expected to have an ICT sector valued over $233.8 billion this year, with gital transformation investments projected to reach $74 billion by 2026, according to the International Development Corporation (IDC).
